  • I am usually OK with quinoa, but every once in a while it bothers me and I haven't figured out why yet. I do have a problem with lots of nuts or some bean sprouts, seeds are my safest bet but haven't tried them sprouted yet. I HAVE found that for me keeping fruit separate from other foods does help, and eating small but more frequent meals(that whole 3 meals a day thing does NOT work for me at all I have found out).
