I tried it with Coconut Oil and it surely works, but I had sooo much poison my teeth had suffered really bad, so hopefully all infection is gone. I never heard of the Sesame Oil and that stuff is strong. smile Maybe I will try it. I usually swished around 4 minutes.

    Which one is the best tasting to do oil pulling with? I tried olive oil but I was not impressed.
