dental crowns and eating raw food

Hi guys . I decided to go raw after 2 years of being vegan . I had a full mouth reconstruction of emax crowns due to weak teeth (genetics) but also of teeth grinding (bruxism) during nighttime . 

Does anyone have dental crowns and manage to eat raw foods without any problem ?

    I only have one crown. It hasn't been a problem. Are you worried about wear on the crowns or is it more chewing with them?

    Both  undecided  E-max crowns are made of 100% porcelain and are prone to breaking easily. Do you have a root canal ? I have 2 and i am afraid of the side effects like cancer etc..

    I have a root canal. I do worry about the health risks but it's never caused me any problems. 

    I think there might be a few recipes that you may want to adjust to make them easier to chew, for yourself and the crowns.
