Hmm that is a tricky issue, because there are too many factors involved in it. I also have dark circles and don’t know how to get rid of them for good. As my eye cream, I uses this one from Virginic https://virginic.com/collections/serums/products/advanced-botanical-eye-serum, because it has a nice roller that can be cooled. It helps when my eyes look tired - it just gives them healthier look and my skin seems to be softer. But I don’t think that a cream is enough. Maybe you should change your diet? I’ve heard that can help. Unfortunately, some people seem to be born with dark circles haha
