How do I make a raw, alcohol free, vanilla extract?

Hello! The recipes I see online call for vegetable glycerine in place of alcohol. Is there a raw substitute?  Thank you! - Sarah

    Hm. Wine is raw but it probably doesn't contain enough alcohol, or you might just be wanting to avoid alcohol entirely. 

    Juice works as a replacement for alcohol in some recipes. Vinegar may work as well, depending on the flavor of the recipe.

    I found it easier to just buy ground vanilla beans and use that instead of an extract when I want to eat strictly raw. You only need a tiny amount of the ground vanilla beans compared to the extract.
