Any low fat recipes? Awful lot of nuts in almost everything

Hi,I'm on a no oil,no salt or sugar vegan plan but there is a LOT of nuts in almost everything. I see a few no nut recipes. Most of these foods would trigger the heck out of me and I would start binging. Any suggestions?

    I am trying to eat on the Fuhrman Eat to Live plan and I thought it might be fun to add in some raw recipes.We are allowed some nuts but woaw-there are a lot of nuts in a lot of these recipes! eeeek

    They do sneak in there, especially "bread" type recipes.

    The drinks are mostly safe smile and some are really filling.
