What do you do when your stomach wants more?

I went raw vegan for 3 months but started giving in for plain bean burritos. 

What are some tips or foods you eat to avoid eating cooked food when your belly/body is wanting more?

    I go for nuts, raw bread, avocado, mango, banana - pretty much anything that is dense.
