Retaining strength

I am a Firefighter and was wondering if any of you have experienced any strength loss starting the Rae lifestyle? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You have to eat enough calories and protein. Since you are doing a physical job, obviously your needs are different from someone who is sitting all day at a desk. So you have to be careful not to be undereating. Eat more calorie-dense foods such as avocadoes, nuts, seeds, dates, dried fruits, coconuts, sweet potatoes.

    Include a lot of sprouted legumes and grains for protein.

  • Also, I would recommend using a bath with sea salt because it relaxes the muscles and you feel better! + your body is more toned!

    Hi Mike, I would recommend keto and raw plant based diet,ive just written about this,checkout losing strength during detox,it a newish post.


    Plenty information for you to try,should suit your job, I work in a physical manner and I never loose energy and I only eat once a day.
