     For sugar free drinks you can go for lemonades that have less good impact or something like cherry lemonades https://amzn.to/3QZ3K60, these drinks are light and also enjoyable. Will not make you feel heavy hearted
    For salad you can use tomatoes, soyabeans, gluten free pasta as well https://amzn.to/47SIbtW and some fresh leaves so you can make a healthy bowl
