I like to make a to-go snack/meal with them for when I’m in a hurry. I put in a glass bowl: goji berries, mulberries, cacao nibs,cacao butter, and raw jungle peanuts. It is amazing and keeps me going.So when my friends are “killing” themselves with candy bars I pull this out and they all wonder what the heck I’m eating while I feel amazing as ever!! Now this is extremely filling due to the high fat content, so be aware of your portion size. :)
You can soak them if you’d like, but you don’t have to. You can eat them as they are, I personally like to soak them and put them in smoothies. They give it a nice colour :c)
I am eating a salad right now and I just threw some in with it. They are such a nice flavor with all the vegetables!
