how long can my raw mixtures last??

when i mix up a marinade or a pate or a soup or ANYTHING, how long can it last in the fridge? like three days or something? i am hoping that three days is ok because i made this marinade last night and it ended up being a really big portion and it’s pretty garlicy so i can’t eat it all at once so i was hoping it could last me until sunday. what do you think????

  • I would totally say it would. 3-5 days is a good guess for most raw stuff like that, but I’ve definitely eaten it when past that. You can always freeze some of that stuff. :)

     

  • I have kept stuff for almost a week and it’s been ok. Make sure it is sealed well and it should be all right. Smell it before you use it just in case to make sure it doesn’t smell funky.
