It’s the only thing I know of that can knock those cravings.
when i first started eating raw i didnt crave sweets at all, but lately i have been. It could be the fact that my roommates keep making them like crazy. Pound cakes, snickerdoodle cookies, cheesecakes, chocolate covered preztels. Anway Im not a big fan of dates but they are pretty sweet. What works for me is grapes i love them. Or I make raw ice cream. Even just eating a banana helps too.

Try dipping dates in almond butter. I a hardcor sugar junkie, takes more than 12 steps to stop! I read an article where mice were addicted to caffeine, cocaine and sugar, give the choice, yep you guessed it, they chose sugar!
