No, soy milk is not raw. Packaged almond milk and rice milk aren’t raw either.
Soy milk and soy products will increase hayfevers and allergies.
They also deplete your body of Vitamin D.
On another thread one of the gone raw members, Social, stated that
soy milk is a cancer and mucous forming food.
The other packaged nut milks in the stores have sugars added to them.
It really is best to just make your own nut milk.
I want to make almond milk because I could use a bit of it daily but it’s horribly expensive to get almonds. I, for one, can’t afford them but I’m thinking maybe I should make a big batch fresh every so often and freeze the milk in ice-cube trays. THat way i can have a bit of the milk for whatever purpose without having to slug it all down before spoiling. Frozen fresh almond milk has to be better than the pastuerized crap in the health store.
thanxs for the info!! btw how do you make almond milk?
