you can also process either parsnips or daikon for rice.
I have processed jicama for sushi rice (from Raw Food Real World).
I have used soaked sunflower seeds for sushi rice with kelp added. A korean woman and a potluck thought it was tuna!
Sunflower seeds for sushi rice is a fantastic idea. I like having something meaty between the wraps and my veggies. Any idea where to buy raw nori wraps?
