Raw coaching?? help

snoopy99snoopy99 Raw Newbie

was wondering is raw coaching-planning a menu, consulting, etc, good for someone who is in raw transition or is still wondering if raw is good for her? I love being on it, but am not seeing the results like most other people get. I have been doing green smoothies, cutting out the nuts, eating more fruit, and veggies, but not seeing the weight loss…am i doing something wrong? will this take time? i feel bloated most of the time..like i have a mini baby in my stomach…

I was reading Raw Food Detox Diet by Natalie Rose and she said that dinner should be the large meal…i try and eat a salad then a raw dish, but then end up feeling bloated in the morning..maybe i should try and listen to my body…did i just answer my problem? Ha

Hi snoop I just wrote something raw coaching in this post on another thread :http://goneraw.com/forums/3/topics/4399 There’s a link to a sample raw coaching session you may find helpful.

You’ve been raw a couple or three weeks, just give it a little time. Your body is probably just in a little shock, I am sure everything will get moving soon enough. Congrats for making it as a raw foodist!!

I like lunch+snacks adding up to the largest meal. Salads and green smoothies at night keep it light so I can sleep well. Try that maybe?

Try a liver flush. I have been reading about these with regards to their digestion improving characteristics.

I would love to become raw chef/instructor/lifestyle coach. I am looking into it right now. Does anyone have any links for courses I could look into? Has to be in Ontario Canada. Near Guelph, Hamilton or Toronto!

i just completed Alissa Cohen’s Level One Raw Food Chef certification course. Check out the link above to find a certifed raw instructor or teacher in your area.

i found that the class was inspiring and informative, however alot of the information I had already known about via reading various books and networking w/lots of raw fooders. but if you’re interested in teaching prep classes like I am, then having this certification is a good start.

    :)
