Keep the dip

How long does a nut/seed dip or dressing keep in the fridge? I’ve been making fresh dip to take for lunch each time. It’s nice to have it fresh, but I want to save time in the morning. Maybe someone knows how long a nice dip will keep. Thanks for any tips.

From my experience, a dip or sauce will safely keep 3-5 days in the fridge. Though, for me, it usually doesn’t laugh that long…LOL!

I’ve wondered this as well. I usually make dips on the weekend and, in the rare instance that they aren’t eaten by the next weekend, consider them too old to eat. I haven’t often tested this theory, but got the idea from Matt Amsden’s box delivery (he sells raw-food boxes and says that the food inside can last a full week).

  • Thanks alot for the tips, my instincts told me that it would probably keep the same length of time as nut mylks which seems to make sense:) Cheers.
