Free Recipes

I just discovered a website called www.raw-licious.com. If you sign up for his newsletter (e-mail) he gives you a free pdf recipe book with over 100 pages of recipes.

It is also great that he lost over 100lbs by going raw.

    and you only give your e-mail, no other information.

    Here is one of the recipes

    PEAR SPREAD 2 med. Pears (chopped) 1/2 c. Pineapple (chopped fresh) 1/4 c Dates (Pitted and chopped) 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon 1/8 tsp. Ginger A dash Cloves Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth paste. If too thin, add some shredded coconut (raw, dried) to thicken it. Chill and serve. Great to use on fruit, as a dip, or on raw breads or crackers.
