Plan B: the calculator that rawsiki gave you is right on. I found that the number of calories for weight maintenance was what works for me. I’ve generally had about 1800 calories/day for years and correctly maintain my 135lb, 5’5” frame. I’ve been eating 70% raw for most of the past year, and at the same caloric intake, I have maintained the same weight. So use the calculator and see if it’s right for you.
