Most of the research is easily discredited and very poorly designed. Another thing we cant always take for gospel that research done on mice will effect humans in the same way.
Soya has alot of bad propaganda behind it, once that sets in you get a chinese whisper effect occuring. The amount of stories ive heard about soya, soya will make you gay, soya will make men grow breasts and such other complete inaccuricies. If soya makes you gay how is asia one of the most populating countries.
There is also counter research shown that soya is beneficial in preventing breast cancers, promoting bone density and so on.
