Hmmm, I thought the nut in the apricot kernel is poisonous… or maybe it was the peach. Anyone know?
Did you eat them before? Assuming it is not poisonous and you have eaten them before, I think you should soak them… like all nuts, they should have enzyme inhibitors and soaking them would remove them, thereby making them easier to digest and more nutritious.
I’ve never even heard of B17 before, I thought there were only twelve B complex vitamins?
