Wholly Guacamole is processed using freezing cold water and the pressure doesn’t kill the enzymes as far as we all know. I eat it EVERY DAY! The process is called High Pressure Pasteurization. I also eat the “Simply Avo” avocado halves because they are distributed by Wholly (AKA Fresherized Foods).

I didn’t know there was an actual raw guac you could buy, I had just been making it myself(lol, or trying to since using avocado’s is always an adventure for me).
