What conventional not organic produce do you eat (if any)?

My garden is a disaster this year…hardly anything and lots of weeds, although I do get greens and Zucchini. I eat about 95-100% raw usually. Sometimes a small cooked meal with a salad for supper. I eat almost all organic produce. I found that Avocados are the same price organic and in some places cheaper that way, so I buy organic avocados. Usually regular bananas although the organic tastes A LOT better.

So, I need to save money. What foods to you guys eat non organic????? I am thinking of getting a huge conventional watermelon as the regular is hard to come by here.

I try to buy as much organic produce as I can, but… sometimes my wallet doesn’t stretch that far. In those instances, I love this list: http://www.foodnews.org/walletguide.php It lists conventional fruits and veggies by the number of pesticides they contain, so I stick to buying the convention foods with the lowest number of pesticides.

Oranges and bananas in my diet are always non-organic.

Watermelon is supposed to be good for kidney cleanse. You need to eat a lot of it, though: http://curezone.com/cleanse/kidney/default.asp
