Hi Love4Life, I eat zucchini and squash raw all the time. It’s also great to cut up and put in salads. I’ve juiced them. And also blended them. zucchini ‘crackers’ or zucchini ‘bread’ using a dehydrator
stuffed zucchini with other veggies or one of the great nut or seed cheese recipes on goneraw. etc… etc… etc…

I eat them both raw all the time. Im hooked actually. Its not summer without them!! I toss yellow squash with a cheese from this site and it tastes like raw mac n cheese. YUM. Zucchini is great spiralized and mixed with any raw pasta sauce. drool These are my fav raw recipes.
Hi, I am overflowing with squashes right now! If you look at my profile I’ve posted a couple of recipes that I really like. I just finished a smoothie made with zuccini juice ice cubes, it doesn’t change the flavor or color.
