finally got my kelp noodles!

Well it finally came in the mail. I tried a bag the other day with a wasabi vinegrate and I can’t really decide if I like them or not…Oh well I have a whole case of them in the cabinet so I’ll just experiment with different recipies:) For the kelp eaters out there what is your fav way 2 eat them(I think I will soak them next time)?

    sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce (make sure it contains some lemon juice and sea salt) – let them sit in it a while until they’re about halfway to as soft as they can get, and I slurp ‘em up like crazy!
