Here’s an article (titled “Your Bodybuilding Diet Gone Raw”) that might help:

also here’s a Vegan Bodybuilding site. It’s not raw, but… it might have some merits:

I don’t know of any raw bodybuilders, but here are two guys who are vegan:
Mike Mahler is a strength coach who works with bodybuilders and who I am familiar with from when I was into bodybuilding:

Mac Danzig is a vegan MMA fighter:

Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful!
Two great books you might want to check out (both available at Amazon):
Confessions of a Body Builder, Rejuvenating the body with Spirulina, Chlorella, Raw Foods & Ionized Water by Bob McCauley
Raw Power! Building Strength and Power Naturally by Stephen Arlin (good friend of David Wolfe).
Check out www.superbeing.com As I mentioned an a thread on a different forum, Rodger Haske trained under Dr. Douglas Graham. Those two are both amazingly fit. You would never guess they were raw. I don’t think you would need supplements, you just need to research about what your body will need.
Edit: A SAD person would never guess they were raw. They all think that we are scrawny and weak because we “dont get enough protein”. Giggle!
thanks so much for all the feedback. The SAD bodybuilders (they do endurance sports too like cycle and run ) I know are really convinced that you should be eating some fat and protien for exercise performance and I’ve always believed you “run” on carb so it’s such a different way of thinking but like I said, they do get great results. They take a lot of pills though !

Storm is a raw bodybuilder/martial artist who inspired me to at first eat more raw food, then make the switch later on. A lot of his e-books cost money so I only bought one.
