Lasagne - Zuchini = ?

I want to make lasagne, but me and zuchini are not friends. I have a bad reaction to it. It makes me vomit when it’s raw.

Are there any suggestions for what I can make the layers out of? Please don’t suggest another guord.

    You can use eggplant layers.

    you can use different types of tomatoes and layer it with very thin lengthwise slices of cucumber, and rounds of onions and peppers.
