Hi Kait! Hands down ORANGES and GRAPES! or- GRAPES and ORANGES! Put fresh juiced limes or lemon in your water you drink. Going 100% oranges as long as you can and nothing else or grapes. either one , or you gan eat oranges one day and grapes the next but eat them in mono form. Its awsome to get a case of oranges or grapes and just eat that every day till theyre gone! VERY cleansing! Also APPLES. Those are the 3 most cleansing in my opinion and from experience fasting on them (mono fasting). Grapes. I’m one who does not usually experience very many heavy syptoms from detox, but I had the most extreme case of detox after eating a whole bag of grapes.

watermelon is very cleansing, and figs are the most alkalizing.
RawVoice – I recently picked up some melons and they were heavily bruised. Unfortunately, the shops near me don’t have a very good pick of watermelon now that summer has come to a close. Also, I haven’t been able to find a fig! I’ll check again though. Can you elaborate on “most alkalizing”? I read Natalia Rose’s book and I understand that it is important to alkalize the body, but what exactly does that entail? Does that help with elimination of the toxins?
You kidding? Grapes? Nah. Pineapple is the #1 choice! Nothing can beat its fresh enzymatic digestive juice (the beloved bromelain enzyme) and the fibrous flesh. By the way watermelon is the most alkalizing, plus it’s the 2nd best. When you want to detox you want to cleanse the bowel. Pineapple and watermelon are the only two fruits that do it the best, at least in my opinion. Papaya seeds have only constipated me, and never eat a non-organic papaya. It is the worst when it isn’t organic for some reason.

Hands down the winner is LEMONS! Watermelon (with Seeds) with the white rind runs a close second.
Kiwi is really good for you, not sure about its “cleansing” properties, though.
Kait, on Iheartfruit site Im “nannaman” Yes Kiwis are awsome too, KIWI has omega 3 fatty acids too. Personally I think ALL fruit is cleansing just eating fruit alone, but as far as the most cleansing its definally oranges.
