Can you use fermented almond milk for anything?

Silly me, I forgot to use my almond milk within the 3 days it's good. Now it's definitely fermented. I worked so hard making it, before I just dump it down the drain, I wanted to find out if anyone had any suggestions for using it? Or should I just part ways with my beloved (albeit smelly) almond milk?

    Would you like a make shift yogurt??? If so, try thickening it with chia, flax or Irish moss and add your favorite fruit...

  • That sounds like a great idea! I would like to try this. Have you done it before? How much chia? Do I do it right away or wait a few days? Any tips would be apprecaited.
