Frozen Fruit

Hey guys...i use some frozen fruit in my AM green smoothies, usually something organic and store bought (i.e pre frozen) like blueberries, mango, etc. and bananas that I freeze myself. I just like the frostie texture. My question is does the freezing of the fruit destroy or diminish it's nutritional value? I know that frozen veggies (store bought) are not raw, what about fruits? Aaaannnnd since the frozen water will expand in the fruits cells, does this harm them?

Fruit is frozen raw (versus veggies, which are blanched and then frozen). Certainly there is a loss of water and probably some enzymes are deactivated, but frozen fruit is generally considered as nutritious as fresh. Eat in good conscience - though fresh plus an ice cube might give you the same frosty texture!
