raw chocolate powder vs cacao nibs

i have not tried the chocolate powder. i usually just experiment w the cacao nibs and grind them myself. Is cacao powder just ground up cacao nibs?

    Cacao powder has no cacao butter in... nibs have... I love both!!

    I use both, for different purposes (and Cacao butter, too).
