veggie pulp

teacupteacup Raw Newbie

I know there are a few threads about what to do with left over pulp from juicing already, and most of them tell me to make crackers or breads. I don't have a dehydrator - so I have no idea what to do?!?

i made beet, carrot, red cabbage, and ginger juice. it was very spicy, as i imagine the pulp will be as well.

any good ideas out there?

  • i like to boil it and water as it makes a great potpourri (non edible, of course b/c we are raw)

I've tried this. I must not have a very good sniffer because it never seems to yield a good result. thank you for the suggestion, though.

I've seen some people using carrot pulp in a mock tuna recipe.

Someone else on here recommended using it as some kind of face mask/cleanser. Pretty random but apparently very effective!

If I'm in a rush I just toss it in my plants outside!

I like to eat it mixed in a bowl with a little nut milk, stevia, and an apple chopped up or something. It sounds really weird but it strangly tasty!
