"survival bar recipe"

I'm thinking of making a complete, raw nutrition bar and need some imput on the ingredients and prep. Here's my concept:

Raw agave nectar mixed with powdered walnuts (possibly hemp seed) to make a paste.

Then, mix the paste with wheatgrass and dry.

this is so I'd have something to eat when I had no time or needed portability. Do you think it would store well? How many nutrients would it lose? How should I store it? Is it complete? Would it dry right? Are the ingredients truly "raw"?

Thankyou all greatly and kindly for your insights!

It sounds like it needs some raisins or goji berry mixed in. I find it's best to store dehydrated foods in paper.

there's lots of protein bars and the like on this site- check out some of those recipes. I would say the wheatgrass juice might shorten the life of those so maybe a green powder or spirulina or chlorella would work better. Those i think would keep for a week in the fridge or a month in the freezer. Cut and wrap them in waxed paper for storage.
