Food Tracking Software

Does anyone use tracking software to keep up with the amounts of fat/protein/vitamins that you're getting? I would like to do a better job of ensuring I'm getting a balanced mix but don't know the most efficient method. Suggestions/sites would be appreciated!

    I use http://www.nutridiary.com

It's free, which is a plus for me, and it's relatively easy to use. I use it to be aware of how many calories I'm eating, and what % of it is from carbs/protein/fat.

  • FitDay is another popular free online service.

I recently purchased a program called DietMaster 2100 since I found a good review on it at the site below:

SbutterAMfly, thanks for the link! to http://www.nutridiary.com. I just registered I logged in my food for the day.. I didn't realize how many calories I was eating (almost 3000!). One of my faults is mindless eating when I'm not hungry at night, so I'm sure that accounts for a lot of calories.
