Hi everyone! I am exploring the possibilities of a "high raw" diet and found this place!

I have been a vegetarian for almost 25 years now and it's interesting how entrenched our eating habits are...I spent my first 19 years eating the SAD (standard American diet), save for a brief foray into vegetarianism at 18. But after going vedge for good in 1985, it was a bit of a struggle early on. This was before Whole Foods and my local health stores had sky-high prices and vegetable rennet was so rare. Now it's pretty common. And now I wish to eliminate all dairy and eggs, ironically. I have been vegan before; it wasn't hard at all, except for the honey. And raw appeals to me much more these days, as well as gluten-free.

In any case, I am interested in hearing about success stories of high raw/all-raw people and so I am here!
