  • Less hungry on raw diet?

    I have found my hunger decreasing as time goes on. Yesterday is a perfect example – I was up at 6:30am, had a green smoothie (the green and black smoothie from this site), left for my meditation class at 9:00am then went shopping, visited my parents (had an apple there) and finally got home at about 3:00pm, had a nice light smoothie with grapefruit and then a salad for dinner at about 6:30pm. Amazing to me that I wasn’t hungry.
