    PSI heard juicing beets will clear up constiiation, the same day. I have not tried it. I have juiced green apples and celery/cucumber juice and it is quite effective. Green juice in the morning really helps in that department. Take care! I will say a prayer for you that it all works out:)

    Hi Ofthesea,

    I feel best eating low fat raw.One thing to keep in mind is food combining. Eat fruit first then veggies . Do not eat fruit after a meal it will cause bloating. Think of fruit as a fast car because it digests quickly. Other foods take more time to digest...so if you eat something that take 3hours to digest and then you eat fruit, it's like putting a fast car behind a slow moving train. You will be bloated and bubbly if you know what I mean .Also, fats(even good ones) take the most work to digest.Lastly, think of a baby, we give them foods that are easy to digest,so if you are having tummy trouble and big time bloating try something that makes your tummy feel good like bananas or applesauce and eat that for the day then add in a food at a time , I have a lot of foods that do not agree with me. What works for one person might not work for you,so use common sense too. One man's  meat is another man's poison ".
