1 jicama (peeled, cubed)
1 sweet apple (cored, cubed)
2 tablespoons agave
2 tablespoons Goji Bliss
1. Place all items in a food processor and puree until well blended.
2. Build into a cookie on dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate overnight until chewy (about 12–14 hours?).

Goji Bliss is made by Artisana, and it is a combination of coconut oil, coconut butter, goji berries, and agave.
