You can make your raw stuffing recipe in advance, but make sure to keep your processed mixture stored seperately from your "mix-ins" to avoid sogginess.

You can also add other mix-ins in addition to the chopped celery. For example, chopped green onion, shredded carrots and sunflower seeds are just a few ideas depending on the traditional stuffed recipe that you're used to.

Of course, best served with raw cranberry sauce and raw mashed potatoes!

Hi Brenda,

Not sure what your budget is, but if you're cheap like me here's what I recommend!

Here is the cheap food processor that I own - it gets bad reviews on Amazon but it's cheap and it's the one I've been using for almost 4 years! I don't have a problem recommending it, it's the Black and Decker Quick and Easy: http://tinyurl.com/avdwva4

The recipes are fantastic. New to raw food diet, thrilled that I was able to find your website. This is the first time in 30 years that my husband has highly rated one of my endless adventures. He loves the food. Just a side bar every time the word processed is used thoughts of all the bad stuff with food surfaces in my mind. Thank you so much.

My son has begged me not to change a thing on the carrot cake recipe. I am known for trying to add to a recipe, often times the results receive a thumbs down.

I'm looking for a few easy tasty dishes for the winter. I'm still transitioning from cooked foods. It was easy this summer but now that the weather has turned I'm constantly cold. Which recipes would you suggest?

Very easy to make and delicious! Used fresh onion instead and it worked well. Thanks for sharing :)

Hi Analaigh,

Have you made any raw soups yet? Red pepper is a good one to start with.
Also do you have a dehydrator? I like lots of hearty stuff in the winter, like veggie burgers.

Also, sometimes if you are really cold all the time you might have a B12 deficiency. Have you gotten that checked lately? (Doctor blood test)
