I have been “playing” with raw food for about three years now. Ever since my first visit to the The Organic Garden restaurant in Beverly, MA.
The food was amazing. On that visit, I bought Alissa Cohen’s DVD. After that I was hooked, until winter hit and I started freezing!
This year I took some lessons from a wonderful raw chef-Chef Mandy, in Edmond Oklahoma. Now I’m back on track.
I have a husband, two kids of mine own, three step kids, one dog. Everyone has left home except the dog and my DH! We love to travel and teach healthy living classes.
My kids are the highlight of my life. They currently live in Portland, OR and get just about everyone they meet excited about eating good, organic food. My daughter is the queen of green smoothies. She even feeds them to her dog who is totally raw!
