Ingredients
2 cups cashew milk
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon carob powder
1/2 teaspoon maca powder
6 dates (soaked)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe Directions
1. Warm the cashew milk until just hot enough to be considered raw.
2. Blend everything else with the milk.
3. Strain and blend again.

RawGuru's Really Raw Cashew Cappuccino
I made this with almond milk since I was out of cashews, and while it didn't taste like a cappuccino to me it made for a pretty good hot cocoa. I make it in batches now and keep it in the fridge for the family for breakfast (I personally prefer this beverage chilled vs. warm, but both are good!).
