They hve no idea what te reaction was due to but suspect possibly something from mydiet.

Anyhow. I compete competitively in dance, gymnastics an cheerleaidng for my uni and train hard everyay. Because of this ~I ha to rebuild my strength and body as quickly as posible and I came slightly away from raw, just introduc fsh 3 times a week.

Anyhow, now im home for summer and have competition cingup in july, 4 weeks untl them and training is really hard. I plan to go entirely raw after competition until i startback at uni. I just wondered if ay of you trained for sport and if so, how do you get enough protein to remain healthy strong and slim just from raw diet?

The following poem has so much common sense, so much humanity and simple faith that it sustains and uplifts me. I hope it does the same for you too.

Wage Peace by Judyth Hill

Wage Peace with your breath. Breathe in firemen and rubble. Breathe out whole buildings and flocks of red-wing blackbirds. Breathe in terrorists Breathe out sleeping children and fresh mown fields. Breathe in confusion and breathe out maple trees. Breathe in the fallen and breathe out life long relationships intact.

Wage peace with our listening: hearing sirens, pray loud. Remember your tools: flower seeds, clothing pins, clean rivers. Make soup. Play music; learn the word “thank you” in 3 languages. Learn to knit: make a hat. Think of chaos as dancing raspberries. Imagine grief at the outbreak of beauty or gesture of fish. Swim for the other side.

Wage peace. Never has the word seemed so fresh and precious. Have a cup of tea and rejoice. Act as if armistice has already arrived. Don’t wait another minute. Celebrate today.
