watercress- green delicious superfood!

This lovely green salad leaf is bursting with vitamins and minerals- with a much higher iron content than spinach! I just got some today and had some in my salad.

It also has iodine, selenium, and stacks of calcium! I highly recommend it to be eaten as much as possible on the raw vegan diet as it will provide many of the vitamins and minerals you need.
