Ingredients
1 head green cabbage
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Pepper to taste
Recipe Directions
1. Shred cabbage.
2. Add olive oil. Coat well.
3. Add other ingredients.
4. Dehydrate until the cabbage reaches your desired softness.

do you mean napa cabbage? I don't know. I buy the cheap stuff. You can always take a couple of enzyme caps before you eat this, if you are worried.
