I orginally made this as a tomato sauce for zucchini pasta, but added too much water and came out with a delicious soup. Add less water for a sauce.

Ingredients
4 large ripe tomatoes
1 red onion
2 clove garlic, this is optional
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon of raw pesto from previous recipe
1 cup water, depending on how thick you want it
sea salt to taste
Recipe Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender, slowly add water to your desired consistency.

I love tom soup, I freeze my toms when in season and make soup in the winter. I'll try this one it sounds devine.
