Yield
Serves 1
Ingredients
¼ cup almonds, soaked 10-12 hours
4 teaspoon cacao powder (1T + 1t)
2 teaspoon maca
1 tablespoon agave (more or less to taste)
pinch Himalayan Crystal Salt
pinch cinnamon
8 ounce water
¼ of a vanilla bean, seeds only
Recipe Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend away! If you want a lighter, traditional nut mylk, you can just blend the almonds with the water, and strain the mixture through a nut mylk bag. Then add the strained nut mylk to the blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend.
Achin70's Thoughts
By achin70This is a yummy nut mylk for those who love the synergistic combination of cacao and maca.
