Ingredients
4 ears of corn, cut off cob
1 green bell pepper, chunked
½ onion, chuncked
½ cucumber, chunked
5 sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon agave nectar, too taste
2 tablespoon sea salt, too taste
1 tablespoon tumeric
Recipe Directions
Place all ingrediants in a quart canning jar, shake well and place in fridge for at least 3 hrs, best if overnight.

This was so yummy! The tumeric was a lovely touch. I ate it in collard wraps with a slice of avocado.

This is sooooo delicious. Definitely a new staple. I wrapped it up in lettuce with avocado and bean sprouts and I couldn't get enough. It had a wonderful smoky flavor.
