Hello :)

I am newly raw (almost two weeks), but can't imagine eating any other way. I was vegan for about four months before I decided to challenge myself to try raw and now there is no going back! I would say I am about 95-98% raw as I do eat some "raw" nuts (maybe twice a week or so) and also use nutritional yeast about twice as week as well. I also use hemp seeds and chia seeds, though I'm not entirely sure how raw they are.

A little about me: I'm a mom of four (the harp in my username) ages 18, 16, 13, and 12. I love to read cozy mysteries, do hand crafts and paper crafts, swim, and walk. Oh, and I have six furbabies, too. Four dogs and two cats :)
