  • At what temperature (on average) does raw become cooked? Is there a science behind it?

  • What have you tried for the yeast? Is there a raw equivalent to the healthy bacteria in yogurt? 
  • An excellent multivitamin has been a godsend for me. Have you tried doing any mono meals? I've heard good things about it giving the body a break from overworking to process everything. 
  • I've been looking for the same thing, but all I keep running across are exercise tips. Diet is important too IMHO!

  • It couldn't hurt to increase it a little, especially if you ar feeling tired all of the time.  
  • Is that iron based on the average or the requirements specifically for a woman? (I'm assuming you're female. Don't kill me if I'm wrong.) I ask because women need more than twice as much as men. 
  • Are you getting enough iron and protein? Supplementing? I usually crave meat and cheese when I'm low on something.
