Ok, not used to talking about this, but I have to ask. I am only having one Bowel movement a day, usually first thing in the morning after I drink my 2-3 glasses of water. Then for the rest of the day, nothing. I am starting to get gas and tummy rumble though the day, and by the end of the night I feel as if my stomach is bloated. I was always regular before starting this. I just figured with all the fibre I am eating now it wouldn't be a problem. Could this just be a temorary thing until my body adjusts to this way of eating? I thought I was food combining properly, could that be the problem? I don't eat a lot of nuts, mainly because I don't know if I have to soak all seeds and nuts before eating them. Help!

What do you eat (not nuts, you already said that)? High fruit, lots of greens?
