I like to shred the leaves and marinate them with shoyu, garlic and black pepper. Squeeze with lemon before serving, tasty!
I tried bok choy raw for the first time a few weeks ago. I found it to be really bitter. Tell me what you think. Kimchi sounds excellent. Anyone have a good recipe for kimchi?
